PAYMENTS

We accept most credit cards. Payments are securely processed via Shopify platform, and all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

 

SHIPMENTS

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday).

The shipping charge is a fixed set price and not determined by the weight of your package. The shipping is FREE for a package sent within Canada for orders over CA$200.

For the rest of the world where we offer shipping, charges are defined by our shipping partners.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Half of our webstore is in stock, and half is made to order and items will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up to two weeks for production prior to shipping. For pieces that are ready to ship, please allow a 2-3 business days processing window.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

Online orders may be picked up by appointment at our studio in Montreal, Québec, Canada.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

Transportation and delivery fees are at customers’ expenses.

If items are damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will replace your order.

*Items in sale, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items and resized rings are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

EB will generally cover the cost of repairs attributed to normal wear and tear for the first six months after purchase. Beyond 6 months, if we can, we will repair the piece at a cost. Please send us an email detailing the damage and we will respond as soon as we can. Fees and shipping to be negotiated.
